Development and implementation of a Staffing and Development system designed to ensure successful Management renewal. Development and Maintenance of Key position register with key competencies, Register to also show forward plan for key positions next candidate who is ready (Now, in 2 years, in 5 years) Development and maintenance of data base containing High Potential, Watch list, Emerging Talent and Trusted Resources. Development of a system (with supporting criteria) by which Emerging talent is identified and tested as part of their career planning. Data base to show personal plan for individuals through next 5 years aligned to position register. Develop Personal History sheets for key resources containing key data from data base plus gap analysis of development needs required to achieve career potential. Min Requirements: Probably a 10+ years experienced HR adviser for development work part of role. Good SAP knowledge able to interrogate the system, pull reports, download data into Excel.
